While it’s not uncommon for some cognitive decline as we age, there is evidence that diet and lifestyle may be related to how much or how little it affects us.
Dr. Iva Holmerova, the vice chairperson of Alzheimer Europe, said in a statement, “In fact epidemiological studies suggest that certain lifestyle factors and nutritional elements.”
She indicates that this includes coffee and caffeine consumptions and that it may help to slow age-related decline.
