If you work in a newer, more energy efficient office, you could have more health issues.
As offices buildings are built more heating and cooling efficient, they are sealed off to any outside airflow.
This is great for the environment and the budget because it keeps cooling and heating costs lower, and lets systems run on less energy.
But without being able to air-out office spaces, germs and dust get trapped and recycled in the space.
People with asthma are particularly susceptible to issues with these trapped particulates, but those with allergies and just about everyone else can be affected.
