Have high cholesterol?
Tired of boring “good foods?”
How about craving those “bad foods?”
There’s a lot of information about cholesterol out there to sort through.
One misconception is that all cholesterol is bad.
This isn’t the case, in fact we NEED a balanced blood cholesterol in order to support body functions from thinking through digestion.
But the CDC says that more than 102 million American adults have unhealthy cholesterol imbalances.
So a lot of men are told by their doctors that they need to watch their cholesterol.
And then the men are given a list of foods that they should not eat.
This can lead a LOT of men to thinking that they have to avoid this entire list of foods… most of which are the really great foods we crave.
