Make sure you stay hydrated.
When we exercise strenuously, we sweat. And when it’s already hot out, we sweat more. This makes perfect sense.
But a lot of people forget that all this sweat means you need to replace the water you lose.
Don’t wait until you’re thirsty, drink up!
A good rule of thumb is to drink 8 to 10 ounces of water every 20 minutes, and an extra 8 ounces after you’re through exercising.
