Check to see if your hotel has a gym. Or you can probably get day passes to a gym local to where you are staying if the hotel doesn’t have its own.

Look online for local parks and trails that you might enjoy when going for an early morning walk.

Call the hotel, or check the website for a channel guide so that you can check ahead for any televised workouts that might be available to you while you’re away.
